We are located in a quiet mountain resort village, Ptarmigan Village, located on Big Mountain. Our unit is located just steps from the newly constructed indoor pool building which offers a large salt water pool with shallow children’s swim area, sauna and an inviting outdoor hot-tub (great after a day on the slopes). A few minutes drive to Whitefish Mountain Resort, 10 minutes to downtown Whitefish and only 35 miles from Glacier National Park.

* Full kitchen – oven, stove top, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, blender, etc. Includes all dinnerware, utensils. Everything you would find at home.
* 2 full bathrooms (including step stools for the kids)
* All 3 levels total 1,075 square feet
*NOTE that the spiral staircases that separate each level are narrow and may be difficult for young children and those with limited mobility
*Portable Air Conditioners for those hot summer days.

* Is a hop, skip and a jump out our back-door lands at the indoor pool building.
with gas BBQs, large patio with dining for large groups, tennis courts, kids’ playground, outdoor hot-tub and of course the amazing pool – which includes a large shallow swim area for small kids.
* Smart Door lock code for easy access
* Has a fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, dinnerware, coffee maker, tea pot, toaster, selection of spices, and more!)
* Has a back deck with an electric grill (gas bbqs are not allowed due to insurance limitation) outdoor dining set and inviting Adirondack chairs
* Firewood can be purchased at Ptarmigan Village office. Firewood not availble May-Sept
* Provides free high-speed WIFI. Home phone with free long distance to Canada/USA/Mexico
* Is right across the street from the Village laundromat (bring quarters)
* Offers the following for little ones: pack and play, baby gates, booster seat, set of bed rails, a bathtub faucet cover, step stools, toddler toilet seat, pool/beach toys
* Is nestled among the trees and therefore smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking areas in paved parking areas. Thank you for not smoking in our condo.
* Note: as per the Village rules, pets are not permitted for renters. Service dogs allowed with prior approval therefore we are not pet and allergen free.
* Just at the end of our street is Elmer's pond - a small pond stocked each Spring with trout for children to try their luck
